About the U-See Project

California is bursting with remarkable locations and events along its central coast. With so many experiences to take part in, it can be challenging to properly enjoy this unique environment. The central coast community is an integral part of the University of California, Santa Barbara. The U-See project began in 2016 at the University of California, Santa Barbara and utilized student created content to provide information on notable geographical locations along California’s central coast through the lense of the student body. This project aims to unite the University and the larger community in hopes of creating a family based on geographical commonality. We want to encourage students, citizens, children and adults to involve themselves in the community and embrace the culture, art, environment, and the many other components that make the Central Coast unique. We at the U-See project hope to fulfill the objectives we set out together and watch our community flourish. The support of our audience is much appreciated and if you would like to contact us, please do so on this website. We look forward to seeing you out there!
